Cancellation Policy
Terms and conditions 1. Credits will be refunded with 48hr notice, any refund request below 48hrs will be dealt on a case by case basis. Strictly no refunds for any notice under 2 hours before the start of the class. 2. Credits that are not utilised will be automatically redeemed when it expires. 3. Strictly no extension of the validity period of the credits. 4. 1 training jersey will be provided to every new trainee. 5. Validity of credits starts from the date of purchase. 6. A ratio of 1:6, coach to student ratio will be maintained. 7. Credits are not transferable between trainees. 8. SBA will not be held liable for any injury or death of trainees arising during the training session. 9. Training locations and timings may change according to the availability of the ActiveSG sport hall. Trainees can check our website for the finalised time and location of the training. 10. SBA may take photos and videos during training sessions for advertising purposes. 11.SBA may make changes to the terms and conditions of the plan without any prior notice. 12. Trainees DO NOT need to stick to the same classes throughout the month. (However, we will strongly recommend that) 13.All classes are to be enrolled individually by students via our Website. Our classes for booking will be released 15 days prior to the lesson’s date. 14. SBA will NOT be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury or damage while attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims. 15. In an event where the training cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances, credits will be refunded.
